CONTEXT

Our customer, the Security Director of a major German industrial group, wanted to support their local management with the implementation of corporate security policies.

Our solution

Coordinated by a project manager who has been based in the region for over 15 years, our team of local experts helped the customer’s organisation ensure the compliance of the corporate security policy.

After jointly defining a schedule, our project manager and the team supervised and coordinated work on a range of issues, such as:

  • protection and support for personnel in their countries of deployment,
  • protection of facilities (offices, plants, maintenance workshops, etc.),
  • monitoring of security conditions in the region
  • security assessments
  • definition of provisional security measures, etc.
